Rubicon Minerals is honoured to have been recognized for the following awards.

Colin Spence Award for Excellence in Global Mineral Exploration
The exploration team of Rubicon Minerals Corporation, comprised of David Adamson, Matthew Wunder, Ian Russell, Terry Bursey, and Crystal McCullough (Hoffe), were awarded the AMEBC 2010 Colin Spence Award for excellence in global mineral exploration. They are acknowledged for their technical expertise and perseverance in evaluating and recognizing favourable lithologic and structural elements, and then applying the Red Lake deposit model within the geologic framework of the Phoenix Gold Project in the Red Lake Gold Camp to define the potential target that led to the discovery of the high-grade F2 Gold Zone.

Red Lake District Mine Rescue Technician Award - 2011
In May 2011, David Bernier, Project Superintendent of Rubicon Minerals' Operations Team, was awarded the Mine Rescue Technician Award for the Red Lake District, leading to a provincial competition. Each mine rescue team is composed of a briefing officer, Captain, five members and one technician.

Developer of the Year - 2009
Rubicon Minerals was awarded the 2009 NWOPA Developer of the Year Award for the Company's Phoenix Gold Project in by the Northwestern Ontario Prospectors' Association which recognizes an outstanding northwestern Ontario developer or development during the previous calendar year. The award recognises the collective efforts and achievements of our staff at the Phoenix Gold Project in Red Lake, Ontario.
